Sunday Inspiration: Learn Best With a Beat

Teachers are some of the most hard working, inspirational, heroic, and invaluable people in the world today — and they deserve the raises they’re fighting for.

I remember all too well the good friend who was thrilled that she’d gotten a job teaching public school kindergarten, then proceeded to tell me how she had rescued tables and chair from the roadside, then cleaned and painted them so her students would have places to sit and work. Another teacher in the same system told me how much of her small paycheck she used every month to buy paper and other supplies for her students to use. It’s not a bit uncommon.

Here’s an example of an especially inspirational teacher who knows that children learn best with a beat.

Maybe we all need to start our day this way.

By the way, if you let this video roll over to the next one, you will see another kind of dancing that will have you howling with laugher.

I agree they are among some of the many underpaid people. They love what they do and give til it hurts

Too long our elected officials have reduced funding for education to give tax breaks….as a country we will pay the price for not valuing education and the people who provide that for our children. We as Americans need to change that by voting!

Teachers are wonderful people who are entrusted with the care and well being of our children for many hours of each weekday. They deserve our respect, and yes, they deserve more pay than what they recieve.
