Sunday Inspiration: Look for the helpers

There are plenty of scary things in the news today, so I think it’s our job to find out who the helpers really are and align ourselves with them. Do you know who your helpers are? Are there helpers out there who need your vote or your support? Lots to think about today, isn’t there?
The past 18 months I have gained an amazing set of helpers. The nurses and aides in the assisted living facility where my mom lives not only care for my mom but they also care about her. Plus I’ve gained a support gang of other families with loved ones there who also watch over my mom. Yesterday several of us gathered for pizza for dinner and this simple act lifted all of our spirits, residents and family members alike. Sharing the ups and downs and having their support means so much to me.
What a great approach! Looking for the helpers is a great idea.
