How do you change your life for the better? Religion, role models, chocolate? How about habits?
All of us have a wide variety of habits and rituals, but most of them are not intentional, and too many do us more harm than good — like that chocolate thing.
But Janet Bray Attwood and Chris Attwood suggest these 10 Daily Rituals You Need to Adopt Right Now to live a richer, more comfortable life.

1. Morning and Evening Intention: Every morning ask, “What good will I do today?”, and every night before bed, ask “What good did I do today?”
2. Quiet Time: Take 15-20 minutes every morning and evening for silence and reflection.
3. Get Silly: Don’t we need more silliness and aburdity in our lives (see photo)?
4. Wabi Sabi: Find beauty in imperfection, especially when it comes to love.
